Dear Western Buteyko Practitioners & Buteyko Supporters!

So has developed, that K.P. Buteyko's many followers consider, that the maximum pause is METHOD BUTEYKO!!
In such understanding there is HUGE ERROR.

So it is not necessary to say, that the history of the maximum pause will never be opened up… In five volumes accurately is told-what place the MAXIMUM PAUSE occupies in method Buteyko!!

In short I can explain, basic method Buteyko NEVER had the maximum pause in the BASE PART!!
NEVER!!!
You have heard wrongly, as from whom you heard.
Those who informs you, take ONLY SEPARATE fragments from some of K.P.Buteyko's statements.
But nobody takes attention to ALL TEXT OF K.P. BUTEYKO LECTURES ENTIRELY!!
Simply because no one had possibility to hear these lectures for many years SUCCESSIVELY!!

Konstantin Pavlovich spoke: «the Nature does not know violent maximum pauses». Remember for ever this gold rule of the Teacher. He has left from us, but its rule LIVES!!

In method Buteyko there are TWO - parts of the buteyko core, the main trainings Buteyko Breathing Exercises
They have NOTHING in GENERAL with the maximum pause, as a method body!!

But there is the THIRD … auxiliary training.
Here it has the part the MAXIMUM PAUSE.
I repeat. It is the THIRD, it is AUXILIARY … (NOT the BASIC!!) training.
****And it serves for strictly limited purposes.****
It that it is possible to tell short!.
